Where we deliver

We ship from Norway to Norway, all 27 European Union countries, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States. Delivery depends on your address and order size. Other destinations require a separate offer before you order.

Shipping prices

All prices below are in US dollars (USD). Your final shipping charge is shown before payment.

  • Norway: standard shipping $7.99.
  • Europe, excluding the UK: untracked postal shipping $19.99 for eligible orders up to 2 kg. Heavier parcels up to 5 kg cost $44.99 to mainland destinations, $69.99 to Iceland and Spanish non-mainland destinations, or $84.99 to the Azores and Madeira. Over 5 kg and up to 7 kg, these rates are $54.99, $84.99 and $109.99 respectively.
  • UK: goods must total $200–$799.99 after discounts, excluding shipping and tax. Shipping is $44.99 for goods up to $499.99, or $79.99 for goods from $500. Orders ship as one tracked consignment. Smaller UK orders are not currently available.
  • USA: goods must total no more than $199.99 after discounts. Untracked postal shipping is $54.99 for goods up to $59.99, $79.99 from $60 to $119.99, or $109.99 from $120 to $199.99. Applicable US import duty and postal processing are included in this shipping charge.

Orders of 5 or more items qualify for free standard shipping within Norway only. Product quantity discounts do not provide free international shipping.

Your delivery

Untracked post has no tracking number or tracking updates. Tracked-parcel updates can vary by destination. If your order is outside these ranges, contact Dennis@tapvero.io for a larger-order offer before ordering. We confirm custom-production timing and delivery with your quote.

Any delivery estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date. Customs checks and local postal delays can affect international delivery. Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, consumer orders must be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days after the contract is made.

Import charges outside Norway

Europe and UK: destination import VAT, applicable customs duty and carrier clearance fees are not included. The recipient normally pays these charges before delivery. Northern Ireland customs treatment can differ from Great Britain. USA: applicable US import duty and postal processing are included in the shipping charge described above; this is not a promise that every unrelated tax is waived. We declare the actual commercial value and origin; orders are not sent as gifts.

If you are unsure about import costs, contact us before ordering. Paying postage is separate from paying import charges.

Missing, damaged or returned parcels

Email Dennis@tapvero.io with your order number if a parcel is late, missing, damaged or incorrect. For consumer orders, handing a parcel to the postal service does not end our responsibility for loss or damage before you receive it. Untracked delivery does not remove your statutory rights.

Refusing a parcel or not paying import charges does not by itself cancel the purchase. Contact us explicitly if you wish to withdraw. Refunds and any permitted cost deduction are assessed under the rules that apply to your order. See our Return and refund policy for withdrawal and fault handling.
